EUTOPIA Languages Week – Pajama Movie Night

As part of EUTOPIA Languages Week, in March 2026, students came together for a relaxing and memorable Pajama Movie Night, organized in the chill zone located in the basement of Dorm 16. The space was transformed into a cozy mini-cinema where participants could relax, socialize, and celebrate the multilingual spirit of the EUTOPIA community.

The event featured a screening of L’Auberge Espagnole (2002), a film that perfectly captures the vibrant and sometimes chaotic experience of international student life. With English subtitles, the movie was accessible to everyone, and the audience enjoyed its mix of humor, intercultural encounters, and relatable moments—especially for those experiencing life as international students.

In keeping with the theme of the evening, participants arrived wearing pajamas and comfortable slippers, creating a warm and informal atmosphere. Throughout the night, laughter, conversations in multiple languages, and shared reactions to the film reflected the diversity and dynamism of the EUTOPIA community.

With snacks included and free entry for all participants, the event offered students a great opportunity to connect, relax, and experience the intercultural spirit that defines international student life.

We would also like to extend special thanks to the EUTOPIA student representatives for their involvement, energy, and dedication in organizing this event, which helped create such an enjoyable evening and a memorable experience for everyone who attended.

The Movie Night Pajama Party became one of the highlights of the week, bringing together film, comfort, and community in a truly enjoyable evening. 🎬🍿
