Hosted by Otilia Calfa, an alumna of Babeș-Bolyai University with a master’s in Counseling and Psychological Interventions, she brings over 6 years of experience across NGO and corporate environments. Specializing in youth socio-emotional development, training implementation, and personal growth, she combines practical career strategies with psychological insight to help you confidently manage your transition from university to the professional world.
