Babeș-Bolyai University is launching the selection process for 3 students (BA or MA level) to take part in the international event Ideas Club 2025, organized by the EUTOPIA Alliance as part of the EUTOPIA MORE project. The event will be held at the University of Ljubljana and will bring together students from several European universities.
🔹 Theme: asylum policy, migration, inclusion, and solidarity in the European Union
🔹 Format: preparatory online activity (September 2025) + 2-day in-person event in Slovenia
🔹 Who can apply: UBB students (Bachelor’s or Master’s level)
🔹 Working language: English (minimum B2 level recommended)
✅ Eligibility criteria and required documents:
To be considered valid, the application must include:

Updated CV

Motivation letter in English (max. 1 page)

Proof of student status at UBB – either a certificate issued by the faculty or a clear photo of the student ID
To be eligible, applicants must:

Be enrolled at Babeș-Bolyai University (Bachelor’s or Master’s level)
